How much is shipping?
Processing Time?
Shipping is $8 flat rate fee. Orders over $200 will receive free shipping. You can use the code "OPEN BOX" on Tiktok live sales which allows you to accumulate to $200 to reach the free shipping.
Every order from Dewdrops & Druzy is carefully packed by me. I am a one woman show so please allow 2–14 business days for processing depending on order volume.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via e-mail. Delivery typically takes 1-5 business days.
Do you offer returns?
What if my crystals are damaged?
All Sales Are Final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. I do my best to show each crystal in detail during the live show and provide as much information as possible so you can feel confident in your purchase.
If you have a question about a piece on the website, feel free to contact me via IG or TikTok before purchasing.
Please contact us via the "Contact Us" button above. We highly recommend insurance for covering unfortunate events such as lost packages. All crystals are carefully wrapped and packaged to ensure safe arrival. Once a package is handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of my control.
All packages ship via USPS & include up to $100 insurance. If your order exceeds that amount, I STRONGLY recommend purchasing additional insurance. If your package arrives damaged in transit, a claim must be filed directly with the carrier. PLEASE KEEP THE BOX & PACKAGING FOR THE CLAIM.
